Pothikrit (পথিকৃৎ) is an independent, non-governmental organisation dedicated to promoting digital rights, cyber safety, and legal awareness in Bangladesh.

Our aim is to help people, particularly young people, understand their rights, stay safe online, and become more aware of the laws that shape their everyday lives.

Through awareness programmes, legal research, publications, and community engagement, we strive to make legal knowledge more accessible, empower individuals, and contribute to building a safer and more rights-conscious digital society.

Founder’s message

Everyone deserves to understand their rights and feel safe in the digital world.

As a young person interested in law and social issues, I wanted to create a platform where we could learn, share knowledge, raise awareness, and work together for positive change.

I know that meaningful change takes time and collective effort. Pothikrit is a small beginning towards a larger vision, and I hope we can grow through the dedication and contribution of everyone who shares this purpose.
